At, we strive to pick, pack, and ship your order the same business day. Same-day shipping is available Monday through Friday (excluding major U.S. holidays). Orders received before 2 pm CT will ship same day. Orders received after 2 pm CT will ship the next business day.

On the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email or phone as soon as possible with an estimated shipping date.

Shipping & Delivery

Please read these important daily shipping guidelines.

• Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day and Ground orders placed before 2:00 P.M. CST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 P.M. CST Monday through Thursday will be processed and shipped the next business day.

• If you place your order Friday after 2:00 P.M. CST or on Saturday or Sunday, your order will not be prepared for processing until Monday morning.

• If you place your order on a holiday that falls on a business day, your order will not be processed until the next business day.

Returns & Replacements

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unused, non-clearance items in their original packaging within 60 days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit. After 60 days, we wil charge a flat 20% restocking fee on all returned non-clearance goods. All sales on Clearance items are final.

Please call our toll-free Customer Service Phone Center at 844-571-4327 or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for all returns. Our Customer Service center is open from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday.

Did your order the wrong knife? No problem. We are happy to exchange your unused merchandise within 60 days of purchase. Exchanges are available only for items that are in stock. So please call to get an RMA number, and we will assist you personally with your exchange.

When you are ready to ship the return, write the RMA number legibly on the outside of the package. Download and complete the RMA form and include a copy with your return. Wrap all packages securely and ship to the following address:

You will be responsible for all shipping costs involved in returning or exchanging goods unless the shipment is a result of our error. For your protection, consider using UPS, FedEX or Insured US Parcel Post for shipment. We do not recommend that you send parcels uninsured. Please allow 7 to 14 business days from the day you ship your package for your return to be credited to your account.
